Short answer: SEOUL4PM can take a multi-brand Korean skincare list, price it on one page and source each item from Korean brands or verified vendors. It is a K-beauty B2B wholesale platform with 140+ Korean beauty brands, and on its Get prices page it prices your whole list at once after you log in. SEOUL4PM has no platform-wide minimum order amount. The minimum for most products is one box, and some brands set their own minimum order amount. Every SEOUL4PM shipment comes with a commercial invoice and packing list (CI/PL). A sourcing agent fits better when you need suppliers found and vetted in Korea, and it charges a fee for that work.
You have the list: a cleanser from one brand, a toner from another, three serums from three more. Now someone has to turn it into one wholesale order, with prices, minimums and export documents. Several kinds of companies offer to do that, and each one gets paid in a different way.
Sourcing agent: works for you for a fee. An agent finds suppliers, including companies that sell only inside Korea, checks them, talks to them in Korean, negotiates terms and arranges samples or inspections.
Wholesale distributor: sells finished products it already holds, with its margin in the price. It can ship fast and is flexible on quantity, but you buy only what it stocks.
Trading company: collects products from several suppliers and prepares the export documents. It suits a small order that mixes products, and its margin sits inside the unit price.
Wholesale marketplace: many suppliers list products on one site, and you buy from those sellers through it.
Wholesale platform such as SEOUL4PM: buys products from Korean brands or verified vendors and resells them, with its margin in the wholesale price, and you order across brands yourself.
An agent earns its fee when you need someone in Korea to find and vet suppliers for you, or to arrange samples and a factory inspection before you commit. If your list is finished products from brands a wholesale platform already carries, you can price and order it yourself and skip the fee.
Pricing the list: Upload a file or paste your list on Get prices, in any layout or language. A barcode finds the exact product, product names work too, and quantities are optional. After you log in, you see wholesale prices and the lead time for the whole list.
Who SEOUL4PM buys from: SEOUL4PM buys products from Korean brands or verified vendors and exports them for you, with its margin built into the wholesale price.
Minimums: The minimum for most products is one box, and each product page shows how many units its box holds. Some brands set their own minimum order amount (MOA). SEOUL4PM combines orders from several buyers to reach it, so your order may wait until orders reach the brand's MOA. If they don't, SEOUL4PM cancels the item and returns its deposit as store credit.
Payment and changes: Most products are pre-order. You pay a 30% deposit for each item at checkout and the other 70% plus shipping when the items reach SEOUL4PM's warehouse in Korea, before they ship. If every item in your order is in stock, there is no deposit, and one invoice covers the full amount. Card payments add a 3.3% fee and ACH payments add USD 5.00 (payment methods). Changes you request yourself, such as cancelling or editing an order, are possible only before you pay the deposit.
Products not on the site: Send a sourcing request through the form or Channel Talk, and the sourcing team replies within 2 to 3 business days. Not every product can be sourced, and Why Some Products Are Simply Not Available for Sourcing explains why.
Documents and checks: Every SEOUL4PM shipment comes with a commercial invoice and packing list (CI/PL), and a billing invoice is in your account. SEOUL4PM also provides an MSDS and a certificate of origin for your order, and CPNP information when the product page lists CPNP under Documents. Each product page lists the documents available for it. SEOUL4PM checks items for quality, expiration date and quantity before packing.
Pick by what your list needs:
A wholesale distributor if it already stocks most of your list, so you skip an agent's fee.
A wholesale marketplace if you want to compare offers from many sellers on one site.
A sourcing agent if you need suppliers found, checked or negotiated with, and you can agree a fee in writing.
SEOUL4PM if your list is mostly finished Korean beauty products from several brands, you can buy one box per product, you can wait for pre-order sourcing (typically 2 to 4 weeks), and you run a registered business.

Yes, to place an order. SEOUL4PM is a B2B platform, and every account goes through business verification. After you sign up, you can browse products and prices for 24 hours. To keep access and place an order, you need verification and account approval.
Standard sourcing typically takes 2 to 4 weeks from payment. Delivery of in-stock products is possible within 3 to 5 business days after payment. Each product page shows its own sourcing lead time, and you can request a partial shipment for whatever is ready.
SEOUL4PM does not handle import customs clearance, so check your country's import rules before you order. With DAP, SEOUL4PM books FedEx, UPS or DHL and handles export, and you pay duties and fees on delivery.
You can request it again and SEOUL4PM starts sourcing it again, or take its deposit back as store credit right away. If you'd rather have the money back on your original payment method, contact your SEOUL4PM account manager.
