What are MOQ and MOA?
MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is the smallest amount you can order for a product β most products are sold by the box, so you order in full boxes, one box being the minimum.
MOA (Minimum Order Amount) is how much a brand needs in total orders across all buyers before SEOUL4PM can place a purchase order with that brand. Since orders accumulate over time from multiple buyers, this can add a wait depending on the brand.
Why do prices change?
Two factors: the KRWβUSD exchange rate, and price adjustments made by brands and suppliers. Both can move from time to time. The price on your invoice reflects the exchange rate on the date you placed your order, so it won't change afterward even if rates move later.
Where can I get a price list?
Once your membership is approved, you can visit any brand's page and download its price list.
How do I check MSRP and wholesale prices?
After logging in, search for a product or browse a brand's page to view both the MSRP (retail price) and the wholesale price.
Are all products made in Korea?
SEOUL4PM specializes in Korean cosmetics and most products are made in Korea, but the actual country of manufacture may vary by brand.
Is a discount available for large orders?
SEOUL4PM can offer a discount on larger orders on a case-by-case basis β please contact your account manager with your target order size for a quote.

Yes β submit a request through the form below, or request it directly via KaiCX, and the sourcing team will review it and reply within 2β3 business days to the email you provided.
