Barrier care's summer dominance is no longer a prediction — the buying data has confirmed it for weeks. We covered why that shift is happening here → What I watch now is a quieter number that tells me which barrier products to stock deep: reorder rate.
The order data on SEOUL4PM from June 6 to 11, 2026 is a clean example. The top five products were not viral one-offs. They were restocks.
Reorder rate is the share of buyers who order the same product more than once. A trend tells you what sold today. A reorder rate tells you what will sell again. For a wholesale buyer, that second number is the one that protects your cash.
A high reorder rate means the product moves off the shelf and the buyer comes back for more. A low one means you guessed.
Repeat purchasing was the real headline. Every product in the top five had buyers coming back, with reorder rates between 33% and 57%.
AESTURA's Atobarrier 365 Lotion led at 57%. Its sibling, the Atobarrier 365 Cream, sat at 41% and grew 67% over the month before. Dr.Althea's 345 Relief Cream pulled the most buyers overall and held a 36% reorder rate.
Barrier creams happened to fill four of the five spots — but the category is not the lesson. The behavior is. These are products people finish and buy again, not products they test once. That makes demand predictable. Predictable demand is what lets you stock depth without fear of dead inventory, even in a season crowded with new launches.
