How to use SEOUL4PM - Intro
  • Hi I am Jason and I will be your guide to sourcing with SEOUL4PM.
  • Today I will be going over how to place & manage your orders, make payments, and finally select shipping options for delivery.


Getting started
  • You will have two main options that you can take that different in terms of process. The first option you can take, which is the "Brands" route, allows you to browse all brand items that is available for sourcing through SEOUL4PM. On the other hand, the second option "Ready Stock", includes items that SEOUL4PM currently has in-stock and you can just pay and get it delivered.
  • To go in detail, for the "Brands" (Brands) route, users add the desired quantity of the items they have selected, add it to their cart, then send an ‘Order Request’. These requests are then forwarded to the responsible suppliers, who will then confirm the order if the items are in stock or deny the request if the items are out of stock. Do note that this process typically takes about 1 to 2 weeks. If the supplier confirms the request, the items are transferred from the supplier to the SEOUL4PM’s warehouse, inspected, and then arranged for shipment upon payment.
  • For the "Ready Stock" route, which includes promotion items, is listed with items currently available in the SEOUL4PM warehouse. Therefore, order requests for these items are confirmed within 1 to 2 days, and once confirmed, they are arranged for shipping immediately after payment.
  • This is probably hard to remember so lets go over each stage with some pictures.


Search for brand
  • Of course if you are looking for items that you can get ASAP you can just go to the ‘Ready Stock’ section and order the items we have on hand, but if you are looking for a specific brand then you will go to the ‘Brands’ section and start off by searching for a brand like you can see in the image on the right.
  • All you have to do is type in the brand you want and the items we have available for that brand will be displayed.
  • You can also use the brand filter we have on the left side of the screen and select the brand you want.
  • Last but not least, it is best to always double check the list is up to date by checking the date on the top right of each brand table. If you think any of the information is outdated then contact your dedicated manager and request for the updated information.
  • If you have found the items you like, then we move on to the next step adding items to your cart so you can submit and order request.


Add to cart
  • For the item that you would like to order, enter the quantity of boxes you want to purchase in the "Order (box)" column. Note that as this is a wholesale platform, we sell in boxes.
  • After entering the quantities, check the total price, and then click the "Add all to cart" button to update all selected items to your cart.
  • Once all items are added to the cart, click the "Proceed to order" button to move to the Order Request page. Easy right? After that is done you will move on to the request page.


Submit Order Request
  • Once on the request page, you will be shown a Notices, and if you agree with them, you can go ahead and complete your "Order Request" by checking on the box below and the ‘proceed to order request’ on the right.
  • Your order will be sent to the supplier, and the confirmed quantities will be updated on the "My Order" page.


Status updates
  • You can see that that there are 3 types of status, requested, confirmed, and temporarily unavailable.
  • If the status shows "requested," it means the supplier is still reviewing your order.
  • "Confirmed" indicates that the item you ordered has been confirmed. However, it is important to check how many of the requested quantities have been confirmed, as the confirmed quantity may differ from the ordered quantity. Do note that once your orders have been confirmed you will receive an email so you don’t have to check all the time.
  • "Temporarily unavailable" means the item you ordered is currently not available for supply. However, it may become available later, and it is advisable to discuss this with the manager.
  • Given that all your items were all confirmed we can move onto the payment.


Payment
  • For the confirmed items as you can see on the right, an invoice will be generated, and you can proceed with the payment after reviewing the total amount.
  • You can choose your preferred currency and make a bank transfer to the corporate account, or you can pay directly using a credit card.
  • If you prefer to use other third-party payment services like Wise, please consult with the manager. Once the payment for the items is completed, your shipping arrangement will begin.


Shipment & Delivery
  • You can choose one of three options:
  • If you use your own logistics company, you can either arrange for self-pickup from our warehouse or have us arrange domestic delivery to your logistics company's warehouse in Korea. In this case, you only need to pay the domestic delivery fee based on the distance if you choose the domestic delivery service.
  • Alternatively, you can use SEOUL4PM's logistics company. In this case, you can review a preliminary estimate based on the volume, compare it with the manager, and make your selection. The total shipping cost will be paid to SEOUL4PM.
