How your order gets from our warehouse in Korea to you: shipping options, costs, couriers, and pickup.
Shipping methods
1️⃣ Use SEOUL4PM’s Forwarder (Default)
We arrange international shipping on your behalf under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means that the buyer is responsible for import duties taxes and any customs-related fees at the destination.
If you prefer DDP (duties paid by SEOUL4PM), please mention it in the Additional Requests section below in the Order Request Page.
When is the shipping fee collected?
Once your order is confirmed and packed, we will inform you of the final shipping fee and the courier being used.
Which courier do you use??
We currently partner with UPS,FedEx and DHL.
Shipping Fee
Before the quantity of the items is confirmed, you can check the shipping fees in Product Detail Pages or My Cart.
Please be aware that international shipping is charged per box, not by total weight. The shipping cost is calculated by the number of boxes, based on the rates shown in the shipping guide.
2️⃣ Use Your Own Forwarder
If you prefer to handle shipping on your own, you’re welcome to use your own forwarder or arrange for a pick-up from our warehouse in Korea.
Shipping to your forwarder’s warehouse within Korea
Please select the “I’ll arrange with my freight forwarder” option in the Order Request, and enter your forwarder’s address. In that case, domestic shipping fees will apply.
- If you use your own forwarder, a handling & documentation fee of $35 and a trucking fee of $3.5 per box will be charged.
- Using your own forwarder is available only for orders over $7,000 USD.
