How is shipping cost calculated?
Based on the weight and volume of your ordered items and the delivery destination. Check an estimated shipping cost in your cart or at checkout β available only for products with registered weight data. For larger volumes, sea freight or your own forwarding partner can also be arranged.
What Incoterms does SEOUL4PM offer?
Three options, selectable at checkout:
- DAP (Delivered at Place) β via FedEx, UPS, or DHL; SEOUL4PM books the carrier and handles export, duties and fees paid separately on delivery.
- EXW (Ex Works) β your own forwarder picks up from the SEOUL4PM warehouse; you're responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
- FOB (Free On Board) β SEOUL4PM handles domestic transport and export loading; your forwarder handles international shipping.
If you need DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), it can also be arranged on request.
Can I pick up directly from the warehouse?
Self-pickup is only available for forwarders that can provide documentation support for export processing. Individuals or forwarders unable to provide this support cannot arrange pickup.
Where does SEOUL4PM ship from?
Headquarters is in Seoul and the warehouse is in Dongtan, Gyeonggi-do β all products ship from Korea.
Which countries do you ship to?
SEOUL4PM generally serves most countries where FedEx operates. If FedEx isn't available in your area, or you'd prefer your own forwarder, warehouse pickup or domestic delivery within Korea can be arranged instead.
How long until my order ships?(Lead time)
Each product page shows its sourcing lead time. Check the items in your order, since actual timing varies by product.
Standard sourcing: Typically 2-4 weeks from the point of payment.
In-stock products: Delivery is possible within 3-5 business days after payment.
If you'd like part of your order sooner, you can request a partial shipment for whatever is ready.
