Short answer: You can start Korean skincare wholesale with a low MOQ by buying through a B2B platform that pools orders, so you do not have to meet a brand's minimum on your own. SEOUL4PM, a B2B wholesale platform for Korean beauty, sells most products by the box. One box per product is the minimum, and SEOUL4PM pools brand minimums across buyers.
If you run a small store, a brand's minimum order can stop a Korean skincare wholesale test before it starts. Many Korean brands size their minimums for large buyers, which makes a six-product test order hard to place.
Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is the smallest amount you can order of one product. Minimum order amount (MOA) is the smallest total a brand accepts in one wholesale order.
You meet MOQ product by product and MOA brand by brand.
Some Korean brands set minimums of $10,000 to $100,000 per order. (We explain how brand MOA policies work in an earlier guide.) For a store that wants to test a few products, a minimum that size can exceed the whole test budget.
The supplier type decides who sets the minimum. Four routes are common:
Supplier type | What the minimum looks like | Best for |
|---|---|---|
Direct from a brand | Often a brand-set MOA for each order | Buyers committed to one brand at high volume |
Platforms with per-brand minimums | A minimum spend for every brand you add, so six brands can mean six minimums | Retailers going deep on a few brands |
Single-unit sellers | Usually no case minimum, you buy pieces one at a time | Stores that need only a few pieces |
Pooled B2B platforms | Often one box per product, with the brand minimum shared across buyers | Small stores testing several brands |
SEOUL4PM works the fourth way.
If a Korean brand's opening order is too large for your store, SEOUL4PM, a B2B wholesale platform for Korean beauty, can often source its products in smaller wholesale quantities. For most products the minimum is one full box, because SEOUL4PM groups your order with other buyers' orders for the same brand and places one combined order once the buyers' orders meet the brand's minimum.
A pooled item may wait in a "Pooling orders" status until enough buyers join. Pooling can take as little as a day, and once the item is ordered from the brand, sourcing usually takes 3 to 14 days. Most items get through pooling and sourcing within 14 days in total. Rare supply-chain issues can stretch this to about 28 days. If buyers don't reach the brand's minimum, we can cancel the item and return its deposit as store credit right away. Store credit does not expire. You can also ask for a refund to your original payment method.
Verify your business. Sign-up takes three steps, including a business registration certificate. You get 24 hours of temporary access to browse products and prices while you finish.
Pick products, not brand ranges. Each product has its own minimum. A first test order can be a handful of products, most at one box each, rather than one brand's full range. You can mix products from different brands in one order, so a single order can cover a full skincare routine. If we do not list the product you want, send a sourcing request. Our sourcing team replies within 2 to 3 business days, and sourced products follow the same one-box minimum.
Check box size and lead time on each product page. Each product has its own box size, so you take that many units per box. In the Low MOQ collection on October 2, 2026, boxes held 6 to 50 pieces.
Pay a 30% deposit at checkout. We pre-order most products from the brand. The deposit is 30% of each item, and you pay the items' deposits together as one amount. We bill the other 70%, plus shipping, per shipment once the items reach our warehouse in Korea, before they ship. If every item is in stock, there is no deposit and you pay in full.
Choose how it ships. With DAP, we book FedEx, UPS, or DHL and handle export, and you pay import duties when the parcel arrives. If you already work with a freight forwarder, choose EXW or FOB instead.
Check five things on the product page and FAQ:
Minimum per product: it sets your real entry cost.
In stock or pre-order: in-stock items usually ship within 1 to 2 days.
Sourcing lead time: pre-order timing varies by product.
Cancellation window: you can cancel or change an order only before you pay the deposit.
Import duties: the price does not include duties or import customs clearance.
If a product becomes restricted for your market or sales channel after you order, we refund it, as store credit by default.
SEOUL4PM sells most products in full boxes (cartons), and one box per product is the minimum. Each product has its own box size, and on October 2, 2026, Low MOQ boxes held 6 to 50 pieces. SEOUL4PM pools brand minimums across buyers, so you do not meet them alone.
Yes. On SEOUL4PM, a small business does not have to meet a brand's minimum order amount alone, because SEOUL4PM pools it across buyers. A pooled item may wait in "Pooling orders" until that point. Pooling and sourcing usually take up to 14 days in total. If buyers don't reach the brand's minimum, SEOUL4PM returns the item's deposit as store credit right away.
SEOUL4PM lets you order a few products from different brands in one order, so you can stock a full skincare routine across brands, with the minimum set per product, not per brand: one full box each for most products. Boxes in the Low MOQ collection held 6 to 50 pieces on October 2, 2026.
Submit a sourcing request. SEOUL4PM's sourcing team replies within 2 to 3 business days. Sourced products follow the same one-box minimum. If a brand sets its own minimum order amount, the team tells you how to reach it.
SEOUL4PM is a B2B wholesale platform for Korean beauty that sells to verified business buyers. It was established in 2020 and has handled transactions across 80+ countries. It verifies every buyer's business. Every shipment comes with a commercial invoice and packing list, and SEOUL4PM provides MSDS and certificates of origin.
Yes. SEOUL4PM ships to the US: with DAP, it books FedEx, UPS, or DHL and handles export. You pay duties and fees on delivery, and the price does not include US import customs clearance. When there are no customs issues, FedEx or UPS delivery to most US addresses usually takes up to 7 business days.
With a box or two per product, you see which Korean skincare your customers reorder before you commit real inventory.
