Two updates are now live to help streamline shipment coordination.
You can now create shipments directly from your account and choose exactly which items to include.
Useful when you need to move specific products without waiting on a full order.
※ One thing to keep in mind: document attachments (like shipping labels) aren't supported in the system yet.
If you need help after creating a shipment, message us on Channel Talk — your Account Manager will take it from there.
When all items in an order reach "In Warehouse" status, a shipment is created for you automatically. No action needed.
Prefer to combine multiple orders into one shipment? Just let your Account Manager know via Channel Talk before it's processed, and we'll handle the consolidation.
