Sourcing FAQ
What are MOQ and MOA?
There is no platform-wide minimum order amount on SEOUL4PM. The only minimum is MOQ, which is one full box for most products.
| What it means | On SEOUL4PM | |
|---|---|---|
| Platform minimum | A minimum order amount for your whole order | None |
| MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) | The smallest amount you can order for a product | One full box for most products. Each product page shows how many units its box holds. |
| MOA (Minimum Order Amount) | What a brand needs in total orders before we can order from it | Set by some brands. We combine orders from several buyers to reach it. |
A brand's opening order doesn't have to come from you alone. Your order may wait until orders reach the brand's MOA. If they don't, you can keep waiting or cancel.
What is pre-order, and how do deposit and balance payments work?
Most of our products are pre-order, which means we source them from the brand after you place your order rather than holding them in stock.
Because of this, each item is paid in two stages.
| When | How much | |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit | At checkout | 30% of the item |
| Balance | When the item is in our warehouse, billed per shipment before it ships | The remaining 70% of the item, plus shipping for that shipment |
When all the items in your order are in stock, there's no deposit — you just pay in full at checkout.
Deposit and balance are counted per item, not per order. At checkout, the 30% deposits of all your items are added up and paid as one deposit. When a shipment goes out, its invoice charges the remaining 70% of the items in that shipment only — so if your order ships in more than one batch, each invoice covers just the items in it. The total you pay is the same either way.
Can you source products that aren't listed on the site?
