If only some of the items in your order have arrived at our warehouse, you can request a partial shipment instead of waiting for the rest.
What is a partial shipment?
Orders often include products with different sourcing times. A partial shipment lets us send the items that have already arrived at the warehouse first, while the remaining items are shipped later.
When can I request one?
You can request a partial shipment when some items in your order have arrived at our warehouse and the others are still being sourced.
How fast will I receive my items?
Once a partial shipment is requested, you can receive those items within 3-5 business days.
Good to know
- Only the items that have arrived are included in a partial shipment. The remaining items ship later, once they arrive.
- Each shipment has its own invoice. It covers the remaining balance of the items in that shipment plus the shipping for that shipment. For details, see Payments.
