Do I need to provide CPNP or RP (Responsible Person) information for EU or UK orders?
For shipments to the EU and the UK, SEOUL4PM asks you to confirm at checkout whether CPNP/RP information can be provided for your products. Placing the order without it is treated as your acknowledgment that you can import without it β if your shipment is held at customs because that information is missing, SEOUL4PM cannot refund the deposit.
RP availability varies by brand; if you need it, add the request under Additional requests at checkout and your manager will follow up (no guarantee of availability). You can check CPNP availability on our website (seoul4pm.shop/brands?lens=cpnp). Since certification and import requirements vary by country, please verify the regulations for your specific country directly to ensure safe sourcing.
