Where do I get my invoice and CI/PL?
Both come with every shipment and are available in your account β billing invoices under the Orders tab, CI/PL (Commercial Invoice & Packing List) under the Shipments tab.
What other documents does SEOUL4PM provide?

Will Amazon accept SEOUL4PM's invoice?
SEOUL4PM can't guarantee it, though Amazon has accepted its invoices in the past. Amazon typically requests invoices in response to a report or complaint, and may also require a Letter of Authorization (LoA) or upstream supply-chain invoices tracing back to the brand β documents SEOUL4PM cannot provide.
Can I get a brand authorization letter for reselling on Amazon or other marketplaces?
No. Brands are generally strict about authorizing Amazon sales due to price-erosion concerns, and any such discussion typically requires prior negotiation and often a minimum purchase commitment. The only documentation SEOUL4PM can provide is a commercial invoice β there is also a possibility of Amazon account restrictions over time, which buyers should factor in before ordering.
