A quick introduction to how SEOUL4PM works, from ordering to delivery.
Pre-Order
At SEOUL4PM, most products are sold on a made-to-order sourcing model, and some in-stock (on-hand) items are also available.
- Once we receive an order, we purchase products directly from trusted Korean brands or verified vendors, and then export them on your behalf.
- Because we don't hold stock for pre-order items, we can offer more competitive pricing and a wider range of K-beauty products. Since products are freshly sourced after an order is placed, we also ensure longer shelf life on average.
Order Workflow
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, we purchase products directly from brands or verified vendors.
- Product Sourcing: Products arrive at our warehouse in Korea. See Lead Time below for typical timing.
- Quality Check & Packing: All items are checked for quality, expiration dates, and correct quantities before packing.
- Export Documentation: We prepare the invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.
- Dispatch & Tracking: The shipment is handed over to the courier and a tracking number is shared with you.
Product Catalog / Price List
- We do not provide product or pricing information in downloadable file formats (such as PDF or Excel).
- Our full product range and up-to-date wholesale prices are available at seoul4pm.shop/brands.
MOQ and MOA
There is no platform-wide minimum order amount on SEOUL4PM. The only minimum that applies is MOQ.
MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is the smallest amount you can order for a product. Most products are sold by the box, so you'll order in full boxes, with one box being the minimum. Please check the MOQ on each product's detail page.
Some brands also set an MOA (Minimum Order Amount). In that case, we combine orders from multiple buyers to reach the brand's minimum. If it isn't reached, you can either wait until it's filled or cancel your order.
Lead Time
Each product card shows its sourcing lead time (for example, "14-28 days to source"), counted from the point of payment. Check the items in your order, since actual timing varies by product.
Standard sourcing: Typically 2-4 weeks (14-28 days) from the point of payment.
In-stock products: Delivery is possible within 3-5 business days after payment.
If you'd like part of your order sooner, you can request a partial shipment for whatever is ready (see Requesting a partial shipment). If sourcing takes longer than expected, we notify you by email with updated timelines.
After all items arrive at our warehouse, packing and documentation take 1-2 business days.
Shipping Options
- If there are no customs issues and the destination is within the regions normally served by FedEx or UPS, delivery is usually completed within 7 business days.
- Shipping cost is based on the weight and volume of your items and the destination. You can check an estimate in your cart or at checkout.
- For larger volumes, sea freight or your own forwarding partner can also be arranged.

Export Documents & Certifications
- We provide all necessary export documents, including the invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin, upon request.

Payment Methods
We currently offer three payment methods:
- Credit card (VISA / MasterCard / JCB): 3.3% fee
- Bank transfer (USD or KRW): wire instructions are sent after checkout. No fee.
- US Bank Account / ACH: flat $5 fee. Settles in a few business days.
Payments and price lists are currently supported only in KRW and USD.

Regarding Exclusivity
As we act as a sourcing intermediary, not a brand owner or exclusive distributor, we are unfortunately not in a position to offer exclusive rights to any specific market.
Additional Terms
- Shipping costs are calculated on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis, meaning customs duties and VAT are the responsibility of the receiver. If you require DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, a separate invoice will be issued.
