How do I sign up?
SEOUL4PM is a B2B wholesale platform, so every account goes through business verification. Signing up takes three steps:
- Verify your email β we send a verification link, so use an address you can access.
- Tell us about your business β company size, sales channels, and what you're looking to source.
- Upload your business registration certificate.
After signing up, you get 24 hours of temporary access to browse products and prices; full purchasing requires verification and account approval.
How do I change my account information?
You can update most information anytime under My Account. Your email address is linked to your login ID and can't be changed directly β contact us via KaiCX and we'll take care of it.
Why was my membership rejected?
Accounts are usually deactivated when business verification is incomplete. Provide clear, valid business registration information and we'll proceed with the approval process again.
