What's changing, and why

Many of you ask us for specialized documents:
certificates from the Korean Chamber of Commerce, authenticity letters, custom paperwork and restated invoices for your accountant.

To ensure these specialized documents are organized into more clearly defined categories, prepared to a consistently high professional standard, and tailored to your specific trade and compliance needs, we are introducing them as paid documentation packages.

Always included, at no cost

These ship automatically with every order. You'll not be asked to request or pay for them:

Commercial Invoice & Packing List (CIPL) — your core shipping and customs document.

Billing Invoice — your official record of payment.

CPNP Certificate — included only when sourced directly from the brand

Customs Package

For clearing your shipment without surprises:

Certificate of Origin (CO) — self-issued, or Chamber of Commerce-certified where your customs authority requires it.

MSDS / Safety Data Sheet — required for air freight and for product registration in many markets.

Sales Support Package

For selling on marketplaces that verify your supply chain:

Certificate of Authenticity (COA) — issued by SEOUL4PM confirming your goods are genuine.

Supplier Verification Letter — A document that supports your seller verification process on sales platforms.

Accounting Package

USD 59.99

For your bookkeeping, bank, and tax filling needs.

Account Statement — your transaction history with SEOUL4PM, available for the most recent 12 months.

Editable CIPL — your invoice and packing list restated to the format your accountant or bank needs.

How to select your packages

Package selection happens right on your balance payment screen, no separate steps needed.

Document add-ons appear directly on your balance payment screen, right below your shipping total.

Check the box next to any package you need, you can select more than one.

Your total updates instantly to reflect what you've added.

⚠️ Once your balance payment is complete, packages can no longer be added to that order. Please make your selection before paying.

When you'll receive them

As standard, purchased documents are delivered before your shipment departs.

A Chamber of Commerce-certified Certificate of Origin follows within 2 days after export filing, since it can't be applied for any earlier. The Accounting Package needs a little extra time to compile and verify against our internal records.

Refund policy

If we fail to deliver a document, or there's an error on our side, you get a full refund or a free correction and reissue, your choice. If the document is delivered as described, the fee is final, even if your broker, marketplace, or bank later asks for something different.

Quick questions

Are documentation packages required for every shipment?

No. Standard documents can ship with every order regardless. Packages are only for the extra documents above.

I ordered the wrong package.

Contact your manager before we begin processing and we will switch it.

Do you keep my documents on file?

Yes. Previously issued documents can be re-sent at no charge. Reissuing a document with new information is treated as a new request.
