Common questions
Do I need to have ordered through SEOUL4PM?
No. It works with any vendor you're already buying from in Korea — even a shipment with zero SEOUL4PM items, up to 40 boxes.
What is a marking code?
A short code we assign to you. Each vendor writes it on the boxes they ship to our Korea warehouse, so we can group everything into your single shipment.
What do I need to send you?
Your contact details, your marking code, and the product list or PO you already have from each vendor. It takes about 2 minutes.
Are duties and taxes included?
Yes. Reference rates are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so duties and taxes are included. Trucking is passed through at cost.
How do I get my final rate?
Submit the form and we confirm your quote within 1–2 business days based on what you're shipping.
