Agreement to these Terms and Conditions constitutes execution of an agreement for use of the services provided by SEOUL4PM. and its wholly owned subsidiaries, a Korea venture company MayCoders (collectively, use service name “SEOUL4PM”) and is agreed upon by SEOUL4PM and the purchaser who buys products on SEOUL4PM’s site (the “Site”). Any transaction executed through SEOUL4PM’s service is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (“Korea”) and any statement herein with regard to time, period and place is based upon the time, period and place of Korea.

Cancellation of an order is possible only before it changes to the ready-to-ship status. Cancellation is not possible after shipping status. After delivery is completed, if a defect is found in the product or the quantity is incorrect due to the fault of the logistics, and if the customer proves this, the reduced value of the product will be converted into a deposit and the customer can use for the deposit next order. The discounted value is negotiated with the manager.
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your visit to SEOUL4PM or to products or services sold or distributed by SEOUL4PM or through shopatkorea.com will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The laws of the Republic of Korea (“Korea”) apply to this agreement.
Any legal proceedings brought in connection with disputes arising between SEOUL4PM and any member from SEOUL4PM services shall be submitted to the competent court having jurisdiction over the location of the head office of SEOUL4PM.
Matters not provided for in the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the Republic of KOREA.
